Account & Data Deletion

Users who have registered a NovelBreeze: Novels & Stories account may permanently delete their account from within the app.

NovelBreeze is provided by THE PROJECT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD.

1. How to Delete Your Account

While signed in to NovelBreeze:

1. Open NovelBreeze
2. Go to Mine > About Us
3. Select Delete Account
4. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps

Once account deletion is confirmed, the account cannot normally be recovered.

2. Information Removed

After your account deletion request is processed, information associated with your NovelBreeze account will be deleted or anonymized, including:

• account information
• Bookshelf data
• reading history
• chapter and reading progress
• account-related premium or subscription access information

Deletion applies to information associated with your NovelBreeze account.

3. Information We May Retain

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for:

• transaction records
• fraud prevention
• security purposes
• legal reporting
• dispute resolution
• compliance with applicable law

Any retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes.

4. Apple Subscription

Deleting your NovelBreeze account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.

Deleting the NovelBreeze app from your device also does not cancel your subscription.

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to:

Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > NovelBreeze: Novels & Stories

After cancellation, subscription access will generally remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.

5. If You Cannot Access Your Account

If you are unable to use the in-app deletion option, you may contact us and request account deletion.

Please provide enough information for us to reasonably identify the relevant account.

Do not send your password.
