Welcome to NovelBreeze: Novels & Stories (“NovelBreeze,” “the App,” or “the Service”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the rules and conditions for accessing and using NovelBreeze. The Service is provided by THE PROJECT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using NovelBreeze, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

NovelBreeze is a digital reading application that allows users to discover, browse, and read digital novels.

The Service may include features such as:

• story recommendations
• browsing available novels
• saving books to a personal Bookshelf
• maintaining reading progress
• accessing subscription-based content and features

We may improve, update, modify, or discontinue certain parts of the Service when necessary.

2. Accessing NovelBreeze

You may access certain features of NovelBreeze without creating an account.

Some functions may require account registration, including features that allow you to save or synchronize reading-related information.

You agree to use NovelBreeze only for lawful and personal purposes.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials confidential
• ensuring information provided through your account is accurate
• activities performed through your account

You must not:

• use another person's account without permission
• share or transfer your account to others
• create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes
• use account features in violation of applicable laws

4. Content and Reading Experience

NovelBreeze provides access to digital novels and related reading features.

Content available through the Service may include works provided by us or made available through third-party rights holders.

The availability of specific:

• chapters
• categories
• recommendations
• reading features

may change over time due to licensing, technical, legal, or operational reasons.

Your use of digital content through NovelBreeze does not transfer ownership of any book, chapter, or other material.

5. Purchases and Subscription Services

Certain content or features may require payment or an active subscription.

For iOS users, purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Before completing a purchase, Apple will display relevant information, including:

• subscription price
• billing period
• available benefits

By confirming a purchase, you authorize payment through your Apple Account.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings before the next renewal date.

Deleting the App or deleting your NovelBreeze account does not cancel an active subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

When using NovelBreeze, you agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit content without authorization
• bypass subscription requirements, payment systems, or technical protections
• use automated tools to scrape, collect, or extract content or data
• interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service
• introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful activity
• attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App except where permitted by law
• use the Service to violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights

We may take appropriate measures if misuse of the Service occurs.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

NovelBreeze, including its software, interface, design, trademarks, graphics, text, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to THE PROJECT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD and protected by applicable laws.

You receive a limited right to use the Service for personal reading purposes only.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of NovelBreeze.

8. Account Removal and Access Restrictions

You may delete your account through the account deletion function available inside NovelBreeze.

After deletion, access to account-associated information may be removed.

Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that:

• these Terms have been violated
• fraudulent activity has occurred
• security risks exist
• the rights of others may be affected

9. Service Changes and Availability

We continuously improve NovelBreeze, but we do not guarantee that:

• all content will always remain available
• every feature will operate without interruption
• the Service will always be free from errors

The Service may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, network conditions, App Store requirements, licensing changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your use of NovelBreeze is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NovelBreeze is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always meet every expectation or that all content will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE PROJECT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use NovelBreeze.

Where liability limitations are permitted, our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you for NovelBreeze during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary due to changes in the Service, business operations, or applicable requirements.

The latest revision date will always be displayed at the beginning of these Terms.

Your continued use of NovelBreeze after updates become effective indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

Any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your country or region remain unaffected.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
