Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to subscriptions offered through NovelBreeze: Novels & Stories (“NovelBreeze” or the “Service”), provided by THE PROJECT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing a subscription through NovelBreeze, you agree to these Subscription Terms and the subscription details displayed before completing your purchase.

1. Subscription Benefits

A NovelBreeze subscription provides access to the premium content and features described on the subscription purchase page.

Available benefits may include access to eligible novels, chapters, reading features, or other premium functions available within NovelBreeze.

The specific benefits included in your subscription will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Subscription access remains available while your subscription is active and valid.

2. Subscription Purchase and Payment

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS version of NovelBreeze are processed using Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Before completing your purchase, you will be shown the applicable:

• subscription price
• billing period
• available subscription benefits

Payment will be charged to the Apple Account used to complete the purchase.

The applicable subscription price and billing period may vary depending on your country or region, App Store pricing, currency, taxes, and other factors determined by Apple.

3. Automatic Renewal

NovelBreeze subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the next renewal date, your subscription may automatically renew for the next billing period.

When renewal occurs, Apple will charge the applicable subscription price to your Apple Account.

You can review your subscription status, renewal date, and billing information through your Apple Account subscription settings.

4. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your NovelBreeze subscription through your Apple Account:

Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > NovelBreeze: Novels & Stories

To avoid future charges, cancellation should be completed before the next renewal date.

After cancellation, subscription benefits generally remain available until the end of the current paid subscription period.

Deleting NovelBreeze from your device does not cancel your subscription.

Deleting your NovelBreeze account also does not cancel your subscription.

5. Restore Purchases

If an eligible subscription or purchase is not recognized by NovelBreeze, you may use the Restore Purchases function available in the app.

Restoration depends on:

• the Apple Account used for the original purchase
• the current purchase or subscription status provided by Apple

Only eligible purchases can be restored.

6. Refund Requests

Payments for NovelBreeze subscriptions are processed by Apple.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled according to Apple’s refund policies and procedures.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you should submit your request through Apple’s available refund process.

7. Changes to Subscription Plans

We may update, modify, add, or remove subscription plans, pricing, or included benefits when necessary.

Changes will be presented according to applicable App Store requirements.

Changes to an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and Apple policies.

8. Subscription Access and Account Status

Subscription benefits are linked to a valid purchase record provided through Apple.

Access may be affected if:

• the subscription expires
• the subscription is cancelled
• Apple reports an invalid or unavailable purchase status
• the account or Service access is restricted due to violations of applicable terms

9. Relationship with Other Terms

Your use of NovelBreeze subscriptions is also subject to:

We may update these Subscription Terms when necessary due to changes in our Service, subscription offerings, or applicable requirements.
